These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of The Ultimate Nursing Success Bundle and any related digital materials (the “Product”) sold on vooeu.com (the “Site”). By purchasing or downloading the Product you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
The Product is a set of downloadable digital study materials (PDF files) for nursing students and nurses. It is delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Purchase and delivery
- Payment is a one-time fee collected at checkout through our payment processor (Stripe). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
- After successful payment you are redirected to a download page and receive an email with your download link, normally within minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@vooeu.com.
- Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
3. License and permitted use
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view and print the Product for your own personal study.
You may not: share, resell, sublicense, upload, redistribute or publicly post the Product or any part of it; use it to create derivative products for sale; remove copyright notices; or use it for commercial teaching without written permission. Purchases are for individual use; group or institutional licenses are available on request.
4. Intellectual property
All content, design and text of the Product and the Site are the property of The Ultimate Nursing Success Bundle and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Educational disclaimer
The Product is an educational study aid. It is not medical advice, is not a substitute for your nursing program’s official curriculum, textbooks, instructors, institutional policies or clinical judgment, and does not guarantee any exam result, grade, license or employment outcome. Always verify medication doses, laboratory values and clinical procedures against current, authoritative sources and your facility’s policies before applying them to patient care.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Updates
We may update or improve the Product over time. Customers receive future updates to the version they purchased at no additional charge through the original download link or by email.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ultimate Nursing Success Bundle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
9. Account and conduct
You agree to provide accurate purchase information and not to attempt to circumvent payment, download protection or licensing.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of UNITED KINGDOM / LONDON, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
