1. The product

The Product is a set of downloadable digital study materials (PDF files) for nursing students and nurses. It is delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Purchase and delivery

• Payment is a one-time fee collected at checkout through our payment processor (Stripe). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• After successful payment you are redirected to a download page and receive an email with your download link, normally within minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@vooeu.com.
• Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

3. License and permitted use

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view and print the Product for your own personal study.

You may not: share, resell, sublicense, upload, redistribute or publicly post the Product or any part of it; use it to create derivative products for sale; remove copyright notices; or use it for commercial teaching without written permission. Purchases are for individual use; group or institutional licenses are available on request.

4. Intellectual property

All content, design and text of the Product and the Site are the property of The Ultimate Nursing Success Bundle and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Educational disclaimer

The Product is an educational study aid. We may update or improve the Product over time. Customers receive future updates to the version they purchased at no additional charge through the original download link or by email.
